Privacy.

Side by South is a Miami photography and film brand. You can contact us through @sidebysouth on Instagram.

This website

The inquiry form saves your name, Instagram username, preferred date or date window, Miami-area location, coverage choice, optional message, submission time and inquiry reference. We use these details to respond and arrange coverage. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. No advertising pixel has been added to this page.

The website host may process technical information needed to provide and protect the website. External services have their own privacy practices.

When you contact us

When you message Side by South through Instagram, Meta processes the interaction under its own terms and privacy policy. We use the contact and event details you share to respond to your inquiry and discuss photography or film coverage.

Only share the information needed for your inquiry. You can message @sidebysouth to ask about information you have provided or to request that we stop contacting you about an inquiry.

Campaign references and private records

We save campaign and ad references from the link you used, when present, to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries and bookings. Browser session storage retains these references while you browse this site in the same tab. It does not store the name or contact details typed into the form. A captured campaign reference does not establish that an advertisement caused a booking.

Inquiry records are stored with our website host and are available through a protected owner tracker. They are not displayed in the public portfolio. For bookings, we may privately record the quoted service, booking status, payments received, refunds and delivery costs.

This website does not collect card or bank-account details and does not connect to your Zelle, Venmo or bank account. Staff manually confirm payments. Payment services have their own privacy practices.
